She likes this feature. Is there anything for win 98 compatable to netsh int ip reset used in win XP?

The equivalent for 98 is to remove, then re-install TCP/IP.
Start>Settings>Control Panel>Network>"highlight tcp/ip", click remove, (Im not sure if you have to re-start, but I do.) Go back in and "add" the protocol TCP/IP (listed under Microsoft).
Then restart the P.C
In XP, they see the tcp/ip stack as a core component of the Operating System, so only allow a re-set, rather than a removal and re-installation.
