My copy of MS Access 2003 creates Access 2000 mdbs 2

I just realized that when I create a new mdb file, Access gives it the 2000 format! This is terribly frustrating because I own a copy of Access 2003. How do I force it to create new .mdb files in the Access 2003 format?!
 
Hi! Tools>Options>Advanced>Default File Format.
