Application log showed this:
Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

I just went through the constant random reboot due to bugcheck and found that Win2k did not like my new 64mb SIS 315 video card drivers. I replaced it with my old 32mb Nvidia GeForce2 MX card. End of the reboots!! Perhaps an updated driver or if you just updated it, roll back.

How can I find out what driver needs to be updated.
