I just checked my ISP address and my computer is listed in 9 lists as a zombie. I am behind a hardware firewall(router),and use AVG antivirus, MS anti-spyware, adaware, spybot S&D and keep them all updated and running. I run automatic update on windows and all of the above. I noticed my network speed dropping from 54 mbps down to 1 mbps. It fluctuates constantly and my internet gets very sluggish or occassionally freezes. I can find nothing online to tell me what to do except to tell me to run all the programs that are already running. I normally use my xp notebook and have not checked my other 2 computers on my network. One of those is the one with the router. Is the ISP the same for all three? My notebook is the one I used to run the check. Thanks for any advice you can give me.
