My computer gone flat

Hi,

My question might be naive, but I really don't know anymore what to do.

We bought this new computer two weeks ago. No problems so far and just this morning I can turn it there is the power but nothing happen. It doesn't boot and there is absolutely nothing coming on the screen.

What shall I do?

If you have just bought it then take it back!

It might be simple, opening it might invalidate your warranty. Regardless, if it's under warranty then make use of it.
