My chart shows up 5 times on the report.

I only intend on the chart showing once on this report, but it shows 5 instances when i click on Preview.

here is the datatable in the report:
DefectTotal Percent
defect1 116 58.88
defect2 42 80.2

I had the report.RecordSource set.

it should have been nothing.
