I see that a few other people have had the same problem. I tried to print a report and noticed that the print icon wasnt an option, so i changed the viewer to Active X. My problem is that this only works for the administrator account. How can I change it for the guest account. I am using the CE version that came with Crystal Reports 8.5 ???

As you've noticed, the default viewer is the DHTML viewer, which doesn't allow printing. You have to modify CSP script in order to make the ActiveX viewer the default viewer.
