My CDR file is just a graphic now!

I have never had this happen before. I'm using CorelDraw 11 and the file I've worked on for weeks has suddenly become just a picture. I've printed it to pdf and that's what it looks like now. But it is not the pdf file. When I look at the properties, it says there are no text objects. What did I do to it???? Thanks!

I'm using CorelDraw9 (yes, I know, time to upgrade), but I get the same results if I convert the text to a bitmap or I lock the images.

Check you haven't locked the layer - see object manager for this
