My CallPilot will not login - keeps refreshing screen

Hi anyone! I have a customer that is trying to login to their My Call Pilot. It keeps giving a message regarding the Call Pilot player and refreshes the screen every second. No logon screen ever appears. Anyone ever see this before?

down toward the bottom is the quick fix till avaya find a perm soln.

should only have to modify the 3 .js file, restart iis and have your enduser flush their webbrowser cache and delete cookies...should work after that.

The CP5.0MyCallPilot_050041143.exe is now available.

It repairs this problem according to the Readme.

That's right!!!

Today i installed this patch (CP5.0MyCallPilot_050041143.exe) on my callpilot server 4.0.4 and it worked perfectly, alongwith a new logo(avaya).
