My Call Pilot 5.00.41.143

We are attempting to upgrade from My Call pilot 5.00.41.97 (we fixed the expiration date issue) to 5.00.41.143 however we are getting a "Sorry, but CallPilot Server appears to be unreachable or is currently off-line" error. Call Pilot is up and running error free but My Call Pilot can't seem to access it. This happens when attempting to login (authenticating to Call Pilot) and the system gives the above error and returns to the login screen. We rebooted the Call Pilot Server to no avail.

We rolled the system back to .97 and changed the expiration dates and the system is now functional but we still want to perform the .143 upgrade.

Please help!
 
More info: It appears that on 5.00.41.97 the systems (MYCP and CP) were authenticating on port 993 and on version 5.00.41.143 the systems are attempting to use port 143. There are no data switch firewall rules to prevent any type of communication so it is more than likely application or OS related.
