My calculated measures don't appear in the .cub file

I have calculated measures which appear when my excel pivottable connects directly to the olap server, but DO NOT appear when I connect to the corresponding .cub file.
While creating .cub file (local cube file) , the calculated measures simply disappear.
I need help on this ASAP !!!..Please!!!

Are you using unary operators or custom rollup formula in your cube? This is not supported in the cub file.

One of the quirks of microsoft - calculated members can't be saved when creating local cubes. I have run into the same problem and ended up just making the calculations on the fly. This link to MSDN shows what is supported in a local cube.

I am using an MDX expresssion like:
Count(CrossJoin({[Meas1]}, Descendants([Dim1].CurrentMember,
[Dim1].[DimiMember1])), ExcludeEmpty)

for finding a distinct count.
