my buttons become distorted online?

Here is a site I have developed.

The buttons on the Our Work page change size and position from person to person. In the Flash file they are lined up and are all the same size. What am I doing wrong?

I gave the wrong page where the problem buttons are. They are on the Meet the Team page. The people buttons. They change size everytime you change scene.
