My Audix LX keeps erroring out when sending a Fax 1

Hi All,

I just got a new Audix LX 2.0 to replace my older Audix 4.4 and I've been playing with the fax capabilities in it. I can receive faxes fine but when I try to send one I get a Message Delivery error.

I have faxing turned on in system parameters fax
Fax Enabled? y
Fax server name: Fax
Fax Deliveries to the Specified Dial Strings should be (allowed/denied): denied

On the subscriber form I have
PERMISSIONS
Type: call-answer Announcement Control? n Outcalling? y
Priority Messages? y Broadcast: none IMAPI Access? y
IMAPI Message Transfer? y Fax Creation? y
Trusted Server Access? y

The COR on the Audix ports allows calling also.

Where else should I look to allow outbound faxing?

I am sending to phonenumber@fax too in message manager.

I am not sure if this will help...but when we were setting it up on our system I believe we had a similar problem and it was a case-sensitive issue...it had to be:

phonenumber@Fax rather than phonenumber@fax...
