My Attendant Console is put into "nights" when the business is closed at 5pm but calls are transferring to our 24 hr agents that cover emergency no power calls during the company's after hours. How can I find out where the calls are going if I can't trace the TN on the Console?
 
There could be possibly a second feature activied after set att to night.
Check incomming route of IDC yes .
In case of yes then you has a IDC list for day and night avaible in the route
