My Application ends without notice in WIN XP..?

I am trying to run my Staffing Software on XP...I get it to run, but when I try to go more into the software it just kicks me out of the program without error or notice..? The software is programmed in Visual C++ if that helps...I have also tested the software on WINNT, WIN95 and WIN 98 and it works fine... Thank you for any assistance...

have you tried to run the program in 98 compatiblity mode? If not you can try this and it will most likely run!

Hmm...I tried to do that and it gives me...

Debug Assertion Failed

Then it gives the file path...
Then Line 719

Then reads as follows:
For Information on how your program can cause an assertion failure, see Visual C++ documentation on asserts.

(Press Retry to debug the application)

I hit Retry and then gives me an error..So I read more on the error and it says Signature error...? Same error that I get sometimes when the program just closes me out..
