My Active Directory Users Won't Run

My Active Directory snapin for Users & Computers won't run!
Everytime i double click it it attempts to run but then Disappears.Can any one help me!
I've looked at DNS,DHCP,TCP/IP Properties and everything appears to be in order!

I forgot to mention that Active Directory only Stopped Working Since i tried to Do a Remote Install of Office 2000 Whenever a New Client Logged On.
