My account locks out periodically

Could be a few things causing it but it's going to be something fireing your password incorrcetly x numebr of times.
Do you have password expiery setup? I mean do users have to change their password periodicly. If so have you stored your password anywhere? (like in a Browser or applicaiton) If so could the stored password be an old one?

Did you recently change your password?
If so, are you possibly still logged in on another pc/server with your password?
Do any scripts run with your user account?
Can it be someone else who either tries to guess your pw or simply pulls a prank on you?
