is anyone who can tell me if with this values

Maximum Downstream Data Rate: 0.19 Mb/s
Maximum Upstream Data Rate: 0.06 Mb/s
Maximum Upstream Channel Burst: 1600 bytes

(I have a contract with one line 64Kb no trafic limit )

. .. my ISP cheats ME ????
