My 2 DC's and Exchange Server will not sync via W32Time

I guess this has been happening for quite a while, but recently my exchange Server as well as Server 03 froze on me because its time was out of sync of my PDC.

I had to do alot of troubleshooting to get her up again, including restoring the time within BIOS.

Other than syncing all three Servers to a Stratum 1 Atomic Time Server, what other choices do I have?

I have made sure that each NTP and alternate PDC is pointed towards the main PDC as well as going to DOS and doing the net stop net start rule

Is there anything else I may be missing?
