Hi

This is my first post !!

I've just created my first form uploaded it and this is the result.

If i fill in the name bit & click submit the form doesn't email to me.

Why ?

Also the next page that appears is a summary of whats supposed to have been sent. i would prefer it to just close the page or return to the form.

When i filled the email forwarding address in in front page i got the following message is this whats causing the problem ?

The form is being created on a disk based web or the frontpage server extensions have not been configured to send email.

Please help if you can

Hi TC,

"The form is being created on a disk based web or the frontpage server extensions have not been configured to send email." This error message probably means that you need to upload your form page to a server(Your web host for instance) in order for it to work.

As for the page you want to return your user to after they've submitted the form, you need to:

1) Right click in your form
2) Select Form Properties
3) Click "Option"
4) Select the "Confirmation Page" tab
5) Then just type in the page you want to send your users to after they've completed your form
6) Then click ok

Hope this helps!
