My 1-800 Numbers

I have a 1-800 Number thats advertised nationwide. Can I configure my Option 81 to send all west coast calls to Que A and all east calls to Que B. I have one server setup for west coast and another setup for the east. I would like the agents to know if the call is from LA or NY

you will need a sumposiumn server to route on ani

with some providers you can get a different dnis from different zones.. ie west coast sends xxx1 east sends xxx2.. thenyou can route the dnis to separate groups
