My 0 and 00 to get an outside operator dont work any idea?

Hello,

Just wondering as to why when trying to get an outside or international operator It wont get anyone. I get a second tone when I dial 9 then 0 but it just sit there as if it was waiting for more digits to be dialed. I dont know as to why it wont work. Any idea?

did you check esn data in ld90 to see whats set up for 0?
