Hi, we are using MXone TSE 6.3 and have setup SIP extension using phone Dialog 4425 IP Vision. We can receive call and make call. But we cannot transfer and incoming call from internal or external to another extension. Any idea what is the problem? The phone is using Firmware: Boot CAA1580044 R4E / Application CAA1580043 R9D / Language CAA1580045 R8E. Thank you in advanced.
