MxOne 6.3 ActiveDiversion field

Hi,

I ran the command resource_status --high-detail --user-type generic,legacy --extensions on an MxOne version 6.3 and along with the values "no answer", "follow me", "busy" and "pn list" in the ActiveDiversion field I also noticed that some extensions also have either the value "direct" or "external". Could someone explain what is the meaning of these values?
