Mxone 6.2 SP1 : Voicemail special tone not working analog phone

Hi All,
At one of our customer we have deployed Mxone 6.2 Sp1 hf0 rc8, which integrated with 3rd party sip extension based voicemail system..

Issue : 1.We are able store voicemail mail msg on analog extension. But at user end , once cannot hear any special broken tone..which notify user some voicemail is store.
2. If from analog extension if I dial voicemail number, I can hear stored messages.
Initial we thought voicemail system is not sending MWi code I.e. *31*extension#
But voicemail is working properly on Mitel Sip phone, even MWI is working fine.

What parameters need to check so that in analog phone special dial works, after storing voicemail.

Hi All,

Further to my above query, I have even tried changing PARNUM=88(Choice of notification of message waiting) from 0 to 5, but still message notification is not working on analog extension.
Does analog card need to be restart after changing Parnum=88 or any other parameter need to checked.
Kindly help to sort it out.

Hi Eric online,

We couldn't run MWI on Mıtel SIP phones eıther,
Our VM platform sends NOTIFY message to Mıtel but the message ıs rejected wıth "488 Not Acceptable Here" response.
Mitel : Mxone 6.0 Sp2

Can you please comment, why we receive 488 here?
Or could you please send us a trace of successful NOTIFY for NWI?
