mxeIII all LED turned on

Hi all
I face a new problem on Mxe III 3300,and I am looking for solution:

On mxe all led turned on and I could not able off them,I installed software again but the problem still exist(also the remote alarm button show disabled),what is your idea?

All LED :

lan LED + WAN LED + CIM LED + REMOTE ALARM =DISABLE

and power LED = RED
HDD= GREEN
ALARM=RED/YELLOW/ORANGE

in technical handbook I saw this alarm but I did not understand anything.

Can you connect a Serial cable to the front of the controller and reboot. Post the capture and I'm sure the guys on the forum can help further.
