Ive got a support line on my Mitel 3300 and Id like to force an incoming call to stay on some kind of hold indefinitely unless the call gets put through or the caller gives up.

Whats the best way to achieve this?

Thanks in advance

Tim

You could use ACD or ACD Express

Ive tried the hunt group. This is coming off an auto attendant with a multi level menu transfer to a hunt number with one multiline extention currently

The line rings as per the class of service, the first rad is played and then firstly goes back to the multi level menu extention and then goes right back to the begining of the auto attendant.

have you turned off supervised transfer in the voicemail options assignment?
Also have you got music on hold enabled otherwise you will get silence for the duration of queueing

camp on enabled in the trunks?

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
