MX1 - service pack 2 needs fixing ?

HI,

We have an MX1, which gradually has had more IPLU cards fitted,

We are starting to get various issues, congestion, pretty much all the cards are showing 364 minor IP alarms.

(4 LIM system)

Customer data-networks etc etc have all been checked as ok.

Have been told needs going to service pack3.

Anyone have any views on this
