Hi,

I am new to the forum. Thank you for your help in advance.

I will try to explain as best as I can, so please be patience.

Our system is MX-One V5 SP4, on one of our sites we have 2 service providers and so the ranges are split in between 2 “customers”, I mean when initiating extensions we need to put them on correct customers. Recently the “caller ID” was lifted on one of the ranges (7000), so given an extension is on the correct customer, when calling an external number they receive caller ID. The other range (6000) has always worked.

This is where my problem started, I currently have 70 DECT extensions on the wrong customer and the system does not allow me to change it, as in it is not possible. The only way I know I can fix this is by deleting the extensions and reinstating them on correct customer.

Does anyone know if this is supported in later SP or in version 6? We are due for an upgrade and hopefully to Version 6.

Does anyone know if there is a way around it? Like using conversions or something? I have noticed that if put an ext. from the 6000 range on the “cust” for the 7000 range and dial my mobile I get 0+the extension displayed on my mobile, so this is what makes me think that there is a way around it.

Thank you,

David
