MX-one TSE 3.2 SP1 unable to dial up to BP250 modem

Hi..

Currently i'm using TSE 3.2 analog extn to dial in to BP250 modem wich is using BP250 analog extn.(internal modem on CPU-D5).

The problem is i cannot get connected like previously when i'm using MD110 TSW SP6. The call can get thru but the modem seems like not picking it up or answer the calls.

If there any diffrences signalling on analog extn between TSE 3.2 & TSW?

Do anyone knows what is the main cause to this issues?

Are you sure that you arrive on the BP modem extension? Have you did any traces on MXONE or BP? if yes, can you post it?

Wich kind of connection there is between MX and BP ? (QSIG/IPTrunk/etc)
