MX-ONE/MGW - factory default

Hi all,

How can I reset the Media GateWay to factory default ?
The configuration seems to be corrupted (some mistake with NICs like eth-1 as well as eth_1) ?
I could not remove it with the "rmpar" command (no more IP address).

I had a similar problem with media gateway. Instructions from Ericsson support was to send the MG to factory, for maintenance.
