MX ONE DID NOT WORKING 1

Hi All,
ISDN PRI connected tru TLU 76 To mx one suddenly stop working. sevice provider checked and said their side is fine. i re stared the card still not working. ROCAI,RODAI no chage done. how can i check the card and my side is okey. and were i can check the isdn parametters.

Alarm present? loop back the connection locally to receipt the alarm. Or swap the card.
