I'm trying configurate a rightfax server with a Ericsson mx-one classic through a Ericsson mx-one messaging.

The rightfax server have a dialogic brooktrout tr1034 with 4 analog line. From this server i can send and recive fax, but i need create extensions with the Ericsson mx-one classic and recive the fax in the rightfax server.

Really i don't know if the mx-one messaging server if necessary.

Someone can help me, please?

Thank.

You must create users in the Messaging (OneBox). The user must have a fax number and all settings are done in OneBox Messaging. The user should have two numbers in the MX-ONE - One for voice mail and One for fax. Check the fax pane of the users mailbox in OneBox.

Hi Doktor,

What type of mailbox i must create? subscriber, fax center, fax delivery? I'm trying with subscriber, adding in the fax tab the route the telephony server.

Look at the picture.

Thank you so much for you answer.

All fax i s done in Subscriber.

In fact you should use the Answer pane to set the incomming fax number. Make an empty GH group point on the OneBox VMGEP; group - and you have incomming fax. Use a different number for fax than for the voice mail extension number.
The fax pane should be OK seem from the picture.
In the RightFax - EFM (Enterprise Fax Manager) you should be able to see the user 48414 - prueba (=test)

Hi Doktor,

Only two questions:

-you tell me what i need another different extension like alternate and type fax (aswering panel) but what type of extension must be?

-the routing info in the fax panel (TCP:192.171.6.203/48414//48414) if the onebox is 192.171.6.201 and the rightfaxserver is 192.171.6.203 is correct?.

Thank you Doktor.

1.
If you initiate an empty GH group with diversion to OneBox, then the number of the empty GH group (GH group with no members) is what you should use in the fax field of the Answer pane.
2.
TCP:192.171.6.201/48414//48414 is the correct IP address since you should use the IP address of the OneBox. (OneBox - 192.171.6.201).
Then it works.
