How are your experiences with MX-ONE 4.1 (multi LIM system) running in an IP network (in an MPLS) and integarted DECT based on ELU31/3 (newest FW) and BS330/340 (newest FW) in one LIM, that is equiooed with ISDN2 lines collecting the sync from the public network (PSTN)?

Doktor, have you seen Aastra's document regarding configuration rules for integrated DECT (published on the 16th of February)?
A lot of information regarding synchronization issues can be found in the doc.

Yes, we went through that document. Still after having all s/w upgraded we had the same problem "PP out-of-range" and disconnected conversations. I finally got a new s/w for the TLU79, that we will try next week. FW= R10A.

We have Mx-One 4.1 SP3 and had been experiencing :

1. poor quality speech (crackle / static interference for short intervals during conversation). We have just upgraded to the R9 FW for the cards and corresponding FW for the base stations and are monitoring calls before deciding whether the problem is fixed.

2. synch ring faults on ELU31/3 using ACDM.
We have been told that our synch ring cable length is too long although we have been using the same synch ring for many years through BC10, BC11, BC12 and BC13 with no problems. It shows up as 58 ACDM delay units on CXCFP. Is this too long, too much delay?

3. blocking of all five ELU31 cards in one of our LIMs if the MGW restarts. We need to loopback the synch ring to clear the blocking when this occurs.

4. Is the document published 16th Feb and referred to above, available here in English? We do not have access to Info Channel.

John.

New prelinimary s/w is P10A. I am awaiting the test results.

The usage of the P10A FW for TLU79 is recommended in MX-ONE with ISDN2 (BRA) lines since the mentioned problems disappear!
