To whom it my concern,
We have upgrade our MX-One to version 5.0 SP3 and our DRG units has stopped working. I have read previous threads that there is a path I need to install but I am not sure were to find it or install it.
We use the DRG units for Fax purposes.
I would like to found out were to download the patch and teh procedures in how to install it. If the patch installed will it automatically replicate to our backup lims as well or does one need to install
it on them as well.
