MX-ONE 4.1 SP2 shared dial plan 1

We have an MX-ONE 4.1 SP2 with DPNSS links to another telephone system, there is a shared dial plan between the two, can the MX-ONE 4.1 SP2 route a call to the other system by simply dialling the 6 digit extension number? i.e. If I have extn 671234 on the MX-ONE 4.1 SP2 and extn 671235 on the other

If you are using 6 digit extensions as in your example, you can't. You can do it up to 5 digits.

Hi, Thanks for your reply, I have discovered your answer was correct until last week, Aastra have now written a patch to incorporate the 6 digit extension, thanks once again
