MX-One 4.1 License problems

Hello!
Could anyone help me to solve this problem.Sorry for my English
Web-interface was started on our LIM1,but after pressing Telephony -> IP Phone - Administration, web-interface and the whole LIM hung up.
Our IP-address on ETH0 became unavailable by ICMP.
MGU board on MX-ONE has red light. E1 ports were inactive.
We move configuration from eth0 to eth1,them MGU red light indcator became Green.

TX is working well.
But there are no errors associated with eth0 in Logs.
Mx-one working well on eth1 but i can't delete or create any extension.

I honestly do not understand why you did it.
Restore everything as it was originally and insert license_reread.
I hope that's enough, otherwise you will need to perform a server reboot and insert again license_reread.
All this of course being absolutely sure that the system is stable
