MX-One 3.2 IP phones

Customer has MX-One ESUs and IPLUs on a seperate data network for security reasones, and nopw started deploying IP phones, which are deployed on a non secure LAN, how can we achieve security on the ESU and IPLU and still deploy the IP phones?
