MX Controller unable to boot

Hi everyone, one of my 3300 is not booting it stuck on loading /partition1/Rtc8260 then hungs...

Do you have a backup? Do you have the software downloaded? Do you have the app record ID?

I recommend reloading the system. I would consider replacing the hard drive.
 
Try changing the bootline to /partition4/RTC8260

Looks like your HDD is dying. What is the background around the system? First time installing? Was it just upgraded? Or had it been up for some time? Why did it reboot? etc. etc.
 
thanks guys...sorry for late replies i already replaced the HDD and install OS then restore back-up.System is already working. About old HDD it's dead as in i can't detect it via pc troubleshoot...this hdd issue is very prone to mitel 3300 huh..this is my second time to replace hdd on different system so need to reserve more back-up hdd..
