mx connect fail to msn accounts

Hi,

I have a user with a forward to name@msn.com. I send him an e-mail to my i-mail server (guy@company.com).
when checking the logs, I see the e-mail put in the local inbox and forwarded to msn.com. Then i get a bunch of mx record problems and eventually a status = 3 for the forwarded message.

9:36 SMTP-(c2c501ea0000e988) finished C:\Program Files\Ipswitch\Collaboration Suite\IMail\spool\Qc2c501ea0000e988.SMD status=3

It looks like it trys a bunch of IP addresses then fails out.

Any Thoughts to the problem?

Those are the backup MX records for the msn mail exchange.

Turn on a higher detail of logging to see what the actual issue is. You may be blacklisted somewhere.
