You can add for the user you want the light on, an additional source number so that the message light turns on when the other user gets a message. In User, SourceNumber tab, add V<ext>, or H<ext> for a hunt group (where ext is the extension number). I hope thats what you mean?

Oh.. you are right, i'm sorry, it only works for hunt groups 
I guess the only way would be to research if there is a feature to turn on the lamp (like in definity systems), make it a shortcode and make a voicemail pro flow to dial this shortcode after a message is recorded.
