MWL on ext 10 doesn't go off

The MWL doesn't turn off on extension 10. We have listed to all the VM, delete them, and the light doesn't go off. I can manually turn it off. Call, and leave a message and light goes on, but once we listen to the message the light will not go off. All the other extensions work fine. We have a Partner Mail VS5 with a Partner ACS R7. The phone is a 34D, and we swapped the phone with another extension, and light worked fine on that extension. I am not sure what else to check at this point.

Partner Mail VS5 doesn' have general mailboxes.

That's what happens when I don't read the entire post, didn't see VS5, 1043 is correct no general mailbox.
You say the other ext's work OK, if that's the case first I would delete the mailbox on 10 and assign a box back to 10 and see what happens.

first try featr 10 10 that will turn the light off ,

if it continues to stay lit then try deleting the mailbox

I deleted the mailbox and re-created. It is working fine now.
