MWL for Audix

I accidentally CL AMW ALL XXXX and now I cannot get the users VM light to come back on. Is there a way in the Definity or the Audix to force on the lamp. I tried LWC code and that didn't work. I also left the user a new message and that didn't work either.

Audix still thinks the light is on. Have them listen to all new messages they might have and then send them a test message.
