MWI stuck on analog

Must be getting rusty - but I re-patched some old analogs to a new locations and noticed the message light was on. There are no VM boxes built against these sets and I don't see anything pointing to them in CallPilot...? What am I missing....?

you can try to MsgCancel/MsgInd the light yourself from a digital set. If the light is still on, pull the card and reseat. But i am betting you have a faulty analog line card.

Yep, put a MIK and MCK key on a digital set so you can turn them off and on

some analogues have issues with MWI if the wires are crossed try reversing the pair at one point in your patching
