We are using desktop messaging and when you listen to a message thru outlook it does not extinguish the MWI light on the telset about half the time. If you access callpilot from the phoneset it says you have one new message and will play and then extinguish the lamp. It shows it is read in outlook and I have noticed that if you actually close outlook it will extinguish the lamp.
Like i said, this isn't every time, which always makes it fun to find the issue... Anybody even run into this?
