Hi
I have a release 2 Intuity/Audix integrated by mode-code to an LSP site which is running CM 5 the issue is that if a caller drops from a mailbox before the end of the greeting, the MWI is still being set to on for that m/box... therefor users think theres a message when there isnt, and are reporting that the VM is not always picking up voice mails.
I've tested this with both internal and external calls and both will light the lights halfway throught the mailbox greeting....strange?
I been checking the config /integration and thought I might find a timer somewhere which determines the point in which to send the LWC t/tones but unless I'm missing something there arn't any.

Has anyone come across this issue, or is it working normally for mode-code integration of which I'm not convinced as it can be a regular occurance with callers dropping on hearing " I'm on Vacation til June" ?

On the Class of Service there is a minimum message recording time for call answer and voicemail messages. If this is set too low, that may be what's causing the problem.
If you change it, best to change it under the Class of Service menus; if you change it on the subscriber form, it changes the COS to 'custom'.

Thanks Bleebrant for the reply I'll try that later today and let you know the outcome.
