MWI Refresh 1

What command is used to refresh the MWI? Also, is there a way to do a trace on the ports? Octel 250 Aria. Thanks In Advance.

MENU 13 5 WILL TURN THE LIGHTS BACK ON unless you are using more than one message waiting port. if so then you need to run a utility from the reformate menu that you will not have access to only service personal or the tach center should do that.

Thanks, that worked great. Where or how do you run a trace to see if the Octel is sending the MWI command to the phone?

in the online cdr menu 20 and look for event 18 for mesg waiting
