MWI on Unity Express/CME

Have CME 7/Unity Express system that for some reason now the MWI lamp is not synchronizing properly. I can do a refresh of the MWI, and it toggles on/off on the phone properly. Found a few documents that talk about synchronization, but they are for older systems. Hoping someone might have a better suggestion for me.

Well..not sure what is different between now and early, but it is magically working again.
