MWI on MM 2.01 SP6, MAS & MSS

I am having an issue with the MWI not coming on when new messages are present and not turning off once all new messages are checked.

This is happening to all users.

In the application event viewer I see these errors:

Also the following are repeated constantly:

132
1766

Any ideas what the issue is and how to fix?

can you post the whole error please? Also what do you do to make it start working again and what kind of integration are you using

Have you verified that the MWI service is running on your MAS?

When this happens ahve you tried stopping and restarting the MWI service?
