in call pilot, in the search user field, search for the dn of key 1, if nothing shows up, add a new user with mbox # of key 1, on the phone you'll want to change the fdn and hunt to your CDN (mail)#, cls mwa......

I found that it was something to do with my DN appearance on another set.
So I deleted the appearances and it started to work.
